USER CONDUCT
The Service and the Site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights. You further represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
THIRD PARTIES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Little Bird Bridal.
Little Bird Bridal has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Little Bird Bridal shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
CONDITIONS OF CONSIGNMENT
o Wedding gowns must arrive dry cleaned, with proof (such as a receipt) with the gown when possible.
o Wedding gowns should arrive in a garment bag where possible.
o Wedding gowns must arrive with either an original receipt or proof of purchase to indicate both original sale price and that the gown is genuine.
o Consigned Items must be in excellent condition. Little Bird Bridal will examine Consigned Items on arrival before consignment is agreed upon, and assess any flaws. Little Bird Bridal may, at their discretion, refuse to accept the Consigned Items.
o Little Bird Bridal will not be held responsible should the Consigned Items begin to fade, discolour and/or deteriorate over a period of time. Even after dry cleaning and storing it is possible for Consigned Items to fade, discolour or deteriorate over time.
o The Client should only advertise the Consigned Items via Little Bird Bridal and not through any other Third Party. Should a Consigned Item be sold directly through the Client while the Consigned Item is on Consignment with Little Bird Bridal, Little Bird Bridal will be entitled to the full Commission of the sale price.
o A photo of the front and back of the gown (ideally in high resolution) should be provided to Little Bird Bridal, for Little Bird Bridal to use to advertise the gown on its website and other applications such as Instagram and Facebook. The Client agrees that they have full legal rights to distribute the photos they provide. The Client should advise Little Bird Bridal if the Client wishes that their face is not shown in the photos displayed on the website etc.
o Little Bird Bridal may also commission photography of the gown in the studio and photo shoots to gain maximum advertising exposure. Any photography or media created or commissioned by Little Bird Bridal shall be owned by and remain the property of Little Bird Bridal.
PAYMENT
Our payment options include card (1.75% + 30c fee applies for domestic card payments) direct debit, cash or cheque. Full payment is required to be made at the time of purchase. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for holding of goods.
SHIPPING
We will happily ship your gown within Australia, however shipping costs apply and times vary – Little Bird Bridal will provide you with a quote and estimate, however Little Bird Bridal shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as once you have made a purchase we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Little Bird Bridal also has a no refund policy on 50% holding deposits made.
PRIVACY
When you interact with Little Bird Bridal, either via the website or by other means such as the telephone, email or in person, information is obtained with the purpose of providing quality service delivery. The information you provide and we maintain enables us to supply personalised products and services that are customised to your needs. This information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless the use or disclosure has been consented to by you, it is essential to carrying out our business and providing service to our customers, or it is necessary to lessen or prevent serious threat to an individuals or the publics health and safety.
